I had to reach out to support about an account question, and to be fair, they did get back to me and sort it out. It just took longer than I was expecting, and yeah, I had to follow up once, but it’s not like they ignored me completely. The issue got fixed, so I can’t really complain too much. Still, a quicker response would definitely make the experience better.
